Seller
The prints and products offered in this site's shop are sold by Jerome Colombo Photography, reachable via the contact page.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown all taxes included, in the currency displayed (euros or, depending on the product, US dollars). Payment is made online and securely through Stripe. The order is firm once payment is complete, and confirmed by email.
Delivery
Prints are produced to order. Production and delivery times are indicative and are given at the time of ordering or on request via the contact page.
Right of withdrawal
Photographic prints produced to order according to your specifications (image, size, finish) are goods made to the customer's specification and, as such, are not covered by the right of withdrawal. For other products, you have 14 days from receipt.
Conformity and complaints
If a product arrives damaged or does not match its description, contact the seller via the contact page for a replacement or a refund. Statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply. European online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
Prints produced and shipped by Prodigi
Seller and manufacturer. Prints are sold by Jerome Colombo Photography. They are made, packed and shipped on the seller's behalf by the printer Prodigi, from its lab closest to the delivery address (the Netherlands for the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States), through the MyBoook platform.
Prices. Prices shown include all taxes and Standard delivery. The amount shown in the basket is the amount paid. For delivery outside the European Union, Monaco, the United Kingdom and the United States, any customs duties and import taxes are not included: they are payable by the buyer to the carrier on delivery.
Delivery times. Production takes a few working days, then Standard delivery, usually within one to two weeks to the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States, longer elsewhere. These times are indicative. A tracking number is emailed on dispatch. Unless another date is agreed, delivery takes place no later than 30 days after the order.
No right of withdrawal. Each print is made to order to the buyer's choices (photograph, medium, size, frame colour). As goods made to the consumer's specifications, it is exempt from the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code) and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Conformity guarantee and reprint. Statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply. A print damaged in transit or defective is reprinted and sent again free of charge. For quick handling, report it via the contact page within 14 days of receipt, with a photo of the print and its packaging. This time limit does not reduce your statutory rights.
